What is your return policy?
Due to the seasonality of our products, unworn items with tags still attached accompanied by sales receipt can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. For unworn items with tags still attached accompanied by sales receipt that are returned 8-14 days after purchase store credit will be given. Jewelry and sale items are final sale.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Holiday gifts returned by January 14, 2023 will receive store credit. Returns will not be accepted after January 14th.
How do I return an item that was shipped to me?
Have something shipped to you and it didn't work? Simply ship the receipt and the unworn item - tags still attached - back to us in the packaging it arrived in. Please also include your name and contact information in case we have a question. Please remember that sale items cannot be returned. If the return package is delivered to the store within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you (determined by the tracking information), a full refund will be given. If the return package is delivered 8-14 days after it was delivered to you, store credit will be given.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you still carry the brands I bought before the ownership changed?
Yes and no. We continue to carry many of the same brands, but there were brands that didn't fit our store's vision. (If there is a specific brand you are interested in, give us a call.) We have introduced many new brands that have been very well received.
