What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts seven days on full priced items with tags attached. Items accompanied by a receipt will receive a refund. Without a receipt or after 7 days, store credit for the item's current price will be given.
*No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
*All discounted items, jewlery and hats are final sale.
*Items that were purchased and shipped will receive store credit if returned within 14 days of the ship date.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Holiday gifts must be returned by January 13, 2024 and will receive store credit.

How do I return an item that was shipped to me?
Have something shipped to you and it didn't work?  Simply ship the receipt and the unworn item - tags still attached - back to us in the packaging it arrived in.  Please also include your name and contact information in case we have a question.  If the return package is delivered to the store within 14 days of the date it was shipped,  store credit will be given.     
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Do you still carry the brands I bought before the ownership changed?

Yes and no.   We continue to carry many of the same brands, but there were brands that didn't fit our store's vision.  (If there is a specific brand you are interested in, give us a call.)   We have introduced many new brands that have been very well received.
